Innessa Colaiacovo is the founder and Principal Investigator of the HATS Study (2023-2025) and an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.

Rem Koning
Rem Koning is the co-investigator of HATS 2025. Rem is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School where he is the co-founder and co-director of the Tech for All lab. His research examines how entrepreneurs can benefit from and broaden the reach of technology, with a particular focus on Generative AI.
